What steps are involved in transferring my insurance agency/book of business to Renegade?
a) Renegade will sign an NDA & issue a “Letter of Intent” towards the purchase of your agency.
b) Renegade will request a comprehensive Due Diligence Package, which includes:
- The last 12 months of commission statements, bank statements, production reports, and loss ratio reports.
- A detailed list of all policies present in your book of business.
- Contact details of your carrier representatives.
- An active copy of your insurance license.
- Appointment status with all your carriers.
c) Once Renegade has vetted the provided information, a contract will be issued for signing. After signing the contract, the book of business will be transferred to Renegade Insurance.
d) Renegade will transfer the money to your account and take the ownership of your book.
